Most items are shipped within 5-7 days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays). Items are shipped priority mail. Overnight delivery is available at an additional charge.
reenactmentcostumes.com warrants and guarantees that our products are, during normal use, free from add-normal sewing defects in material and workmanship. If this product does not function as warranted during the 30 day warranty period, contact for repair or replacement. .
With many basic patterns in stock, we feel we have something for everyone. But, if something special is needed, we would be happy to quote for a custom made item.

We will send you an invoice from pay pal. We require 50% down non refundable, after you ok photo of finished product, last 50% is due before shipment.
Please call us at 815-275-9813 to obtain an Return Authorization. Package the product in original packaging with all parts and paperwork. You will be asked to put the RMA # (return authorization #) on the box.
Merchandise may be returned within 3 days of the tracked delivery date for a refund, and must include a return tracking number. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee (the item must be unused).

Note: at this time through the Holiday season any orders over 100.00 is 9.00 shipping in the Continental US . Foreign bound, email order and we will send you a pay pal invoice with the S&H charge
