Most items are shipped within 5-7 days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays). Items are shipped priority mail. Overnight delivery is available at an additional charge.
Because we are relatively small yet, we do not always have lots of different fabrics available. We would be happy to quote you for a custom item (at an additional cost). Please send email for examples of fabrics on hand.
With many basic patterns in stock, we feel we have something for everyone. But, if something special is needed, we would be happy to quote for a custom made item.
*Returns: Because these are costumes, they are sent to you priority mail with a dated tracking number, to be returned for exchange they must be in the mail within 3 days of receiving with a dated tracing number. NO EXCEPTIONS! No Rush Orders can be returned or exchanged, except for an error in description, and must be mailed to a verified Pay pal address. We always make reasonable 1-3 inch possible adjustments to items free of charge for 30 days; you pay only the shipping charges.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. To be sure the fit is correct, MEASUREMENTS MUST ACCOMPANY ORDER.(You can do this at the time of order in the paypal comment box). Because of the difference in manufactures sizing today, just small medium or large will not be excepted. Send inch only measurements, for bust, waist, length from waist to floor . Then we will adjust according.
AN EXAMPLE ORDER (paypal comment box) "royal blue dress, 27-inch waist, 35-inch chest, 42 inches waist to floor. ( we will adjust accordingly)
